This groundbreaking project introduced smart wireless lighting and HVAC systems, boosting the property’s sustainability and earning a higher LEED score an achievement that went beyond the client’s original goals.

In 2020, we were selected as the lighting design and control partner for Accor’s Novotel Concept Room Initiative, showcasing our expertise in guest-focused innovation.
